Holiday Message 2022
A new year brings new signs of hope. The holidays can be tough for LGBTQI+ people, especially those who may be challenged in living their truth and their authentic lives in environments that may potentially be harmful. Today, and every day, we hold space for you. We continue to fight for you and champion your cause to make Trinidad & Tobago a better, safer and more equitable place.
We have been blessed to have your unending and unwavering support for the past decade and we express our gratitude to you, our silver linings. You push us to carry on in our efforts to support, educate and advocate for safer classrooms, stronger families and empowered youth. As the curtain falls on 2022 and we usher in 2023, we remain resilient in our efforts to protect, uplift and celebrate every member of our community, amplifying the voices of those who may be challenged or underserved.
2023 will undoubtedly be a landmark year for us as we continue to return to a level of normalcy after the past two years of the COVID-19 pandemic. We recommit ourselves to accelerating our collective efforts to create a better, more tolerant and safe nation for all and we hope that you will be with us.
Warm regards and best wishes for a safe, happy and healthy holiday season and the new year ahead!
